Sultanpuri is comparatively affordable, and it's easy to find rental apartments here. It’s connected well by metro and buses, making commuting to work much easier. The area is quiet and peaceful, but it can get a bit crowded during weekends.

I moved to Sultanpuri because the rent is cheaper, and the locality is close to the metro. There are many local markets, so daily needs are easily met. The area feels safe, and there are several parks for evening walks.

Sultanpuri has been a great place to own property for me. The area has a steady demand for both rentals and sales. Being close to key locations and the metro station, it has good rental yields too.

I have had my rental property in Sultanpuri for a few years, and it has proven to be a profitable investment. It’s a convenient location with good connectivity to central areas. The area is slowly improving in terms of infrastructure. The only problem is the ocassional power outrages.

It gives a traditional Delhi vibes. It's a nice quiet locality, full of local markets and cafes. But there's not much tourist attractions nearby.
