The place is good every thing is there I'm find a flat 2 bhk with furniture

Renting a 2 BHK in Block A is super cheap, only costing around 7k a month. But the major issue is the water quality, the supply is very erratic and you get muddy water during rainy days.

Shiv Vihar metro station is just about 2 km away from here so traveling to East Delhi is quite easy. Finding an e-rickshaw or shared auto from the main block exit is zero hassle during peak morning hours.

Heavy waterlogging happens near the Khanna Nagar police chowki area after just one hour of solid rain. The drainage system is completely choked with garbage and the roads stay muddy for two days.

Lots of cheap grocery shops and local food stalls are sitting right inside the block lanes. Everything for daily use is within walking distance, so you do not need to go to main city markets.

The local pocket has small community parks where old folks sit and streets are decently lit at night. It feels safe enough for family life, but the constant mosquito breeding in open drains is a big worry.

Walking on the MM Road stretch has become highly risky because of how badly broken the side paths are. Potholes are everywhere and reckless bike riders make it difficult for elders to stroll calmly.

Daily traffic jams near the Khajuri Khas bottleneck consume a lot of time if you use commercial vehicles. Moving goods in and out during evening rush hours is an absolute headache.

The internal society gates give a good peace of mind regarding safety and private bike parking is secure. Only problem is the regular power cuts in summer, an inverter is compulsory here.

Visiting this side is quite easy if you take the main road from Delhi border, but guest parking is a mess. People just park cars arbitrarily on the streets, blocking the block entry lanes.

Property prices are very low here compared to core Ghaziabad sectors, so entry cost is cheap. Tenant demand from working bachelor groups is high, though municipal water infrastructure needs attention.
