Block A 5B is honestly a great place to live in. air quality here is better than many delhi areas bec of so many parks and greenery..but sadly u wont find many high rise apartments inside..

Love the cafe culture here. tons of coffee shops like TAN coffee and la brewista..the overal surrounding is vibrant and vert safe

living here with my family for 7 years and we have also given one unit on commercial lease..great rental income..property taxes have gone up but so has the quality of the roads..

Lifestyle is good if you like local markets more than fancy malls. Most shops for basics are right outside the gate. we do not have any big park inside the block but the Janakpuri District Park is a short drive away..

the downside here is that there is limited inventory available for sale. Most owners are long term residents who are not looking to sell. When a property does hit the market it moves very fast.
