Moved here from Baner to be closer to my office in Paud Road. Bhusari Colony has a calm vibe, mostly residential. There are good food joints nearby and decent parks for walks. Bit of traffic during school hours but not a big deal.

We’ve been staying in Bhusari Colony for over 15 years. It’s one of the few areas in Pune that still feels peaceful. Our lane has friendly neighbours, and the park nearby is perfect for evening walks. Water supply and cleanliness are well managed.

Bhusari Colony is clean and surprisingly quiet for being so central. Rent is not too high and you get spacious flats. Auto and PMPML buses are easy to find. It feels safe, even at night — that matters a lot for me.

I chose Bhusari Colony for its solid location. Close to major roads, yet still very residential. Prices here aren’t sky high like Baner or Aundh, but the appreciation is steady. Tenant demand is good due to proximity to IT parks and colleges.

I rent out my flat here. Tenants prefer this area because of good connectivity and low noise. Roads are well-lit, shops are nearby, and the area has that Pune comfort vibe. It’s a very convenient place to own property.
