Bhera Enclave is a residential locality situated in Paschim Vihar, West Delhi, bordering areas like Peeragarhi and Rani Bagh. The pincode of Bhera Enclave Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi is 110087. The neighbourhood has a predominantly residential vibe, offering a mix of apartments and independent houses. It is well-equipped with essential amenities, featuring institutions such as Kendriya Vidyalaya Paschim Vihar and Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital nearby. Connectivity is facilitated by the Outer Ring Road and proximity to the Peeragarhi Metro Station (around 3-5km away) on the Red Line, with travel times to key commercial hubs like Connaught Place being approximately 45 minutes. Property types include apartments and independent houses. In 2026, rental ranges are between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 35,000, and property prices are from Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 12,000 per sq ft.
The parks inside the colony are kept clean and are nice for evening walks. But parking a car on the inner streets is a total headache now. Too much traffic noise from the Outer Ring Road side also reaches the houses nearby during peak evening time... very irritating.
Schools like S.D. Public are very close to the block. The 5 parks inside Bhera Enclave are kept very clean and safe to play in. Streets are well lit at night, and guards check at the entry gates. Very peaceful place to stay if you want to avoid main road noise.
Crossing Peeragarhi signal in the morning is a massive pain RN. You get stuck for 20 minutes just trying to get onto the Outer Ring Road. E-rickshaws to the metro station take 15 rupees but drive very badly. Basic roads inside need some patchwork.
Water supply is mostly regular here. Going to Jwala Heri market takes barely 10 minutes for major shopping. The local colony shops handle all the daily milk and bread needs. It is a quiet place to live, only the auto drivers ask for high fares late at night.
Balaji Action Hospital is nearby which is helpful. Walking inside the enclave is becoming difficult because bikes are just parked everywhere on the sides of the walking paths. Street vendors also block the main entry gate in the evenings... making it very hard to step out safely.
Getting here from Peeragarhi metro is easy because e-rickshaws are always waiting outside. The area feels rich and quiet inside. Finding a spot to park your car is almost impossible though, the lanes are quite narrow and already packed with local vehicles.
Buying a floor here is costly but worth it. Being right next to Outer Ring Road keeps the demand very high. A basic 2BHK goes for 25k rent easily. The area is gated and basic drainage work is managed properly by the local body.
Paying 14k just for a single PG room is a bit much. The Meera Bagh bus stop is right outside so travelling is easy at least. Local food stalls are very less... you have to go out towards the main Paschim Vihar road to find cheap things to eat.
Having a shop in the local Bhera market is tough sometimes. Delivery tempos get stuck in the narrow entry lanes because people park their cars right on the road. Power cuts happen randomly in the afternoons during summer, and the main drain smells really bad after it rains.
