I visited my friend in this area.. it was very peaceful and not too rush like main city roads..roads was decent but streets are very short.. I saw small parks and local food spots nearby and don't miss the Falooda center in this area, it's very good.
I'm owning a house here for many years..before it was not that developed, but now many shops and facilities are there..rent is increasing because of nearby IT areas..one issue I'm seeing for a very long time is drainage and road maintenance..but, it is a good area to live..
From an investment side, this area is okay for investing...prices are not too high, and rental demand is there because of job locations near...this area may not give quick returns, but for long term holding, it looks like a safe option.
