It's a peaceful area because Kottivakkam Beach is just a km away from here. The locality is clean and less polluted than central Chennai. It's also affordable and cost-effective as a tenant.

The area gives a coastal lifestyle with beaches nearby. It also offers an urban convenience with IT hubs and public transport nearby. However, the area lacks direct metro connectivity, which can be problematic for frequent travellers with no personal vehicle.

It is a promising area for investment. Property values are appreciating due to ECR and OMR connectivity. The clean and safe environment makes it more desirable for long-term investments.

Visited Kottivakkam Beach with my family once, and loved the calming vibe. The area is refreshing, especially if you go in the morning. Streets are clean and peaceful too. We also stopped by a small restaurent for breakfast.
