Behrampur is a convenient locality, but the infrastructure is lacking. There is no proper drainage, patchy roads, and streetlights are missing in some parts.

Considered investing here due to lower rates, but didn’t feel confident. Some builder floors lack legal approvals. The area is patchy in development. Unless you know the local market well, better be cautious.

I built my house here when land was cheap. Now there’s more traffic and shops. Basic stuff is nearby, but for hospitals or malls, you have to travel.

The area is developing slowly. There are a few local shops and clinics, but not much in terms of cafes or gyms. Roads have improved a bit, but still dusty in parts.
