I moved here to save on rent while working in Gachibowli. the internal roads near Maruthi Nagar are totally cramped..

traffic at the Attapur Ring Road junction is becoming an absolute nightmare every single evening

safe area and lifestyle balance is okay if you do not care about high-end pubs. I usually hit the local cafes or take a quick cab ride over to Mehdipatnam

the lack of direct metro connectivity continues to act as a major glass ceiling forlong term horizon looks stable though for steady rental income price growth
