Ardee City is growing to be a premium residential area. It has many gated complexes and apartments with modern amenities. Rent is somewhat okay not too pricey. You get the millenium city metro within 3 km too. But I do feel that some public spaces are too narrow and parking is an issue
I like this area. It has a pleasant environment. Feels safe to live here too. But picking the right block is everything. If you choose to stay close to main road, be ready for constant honking and pollution
Been living here for 5 years now. Living standards have improved a lot. many supermarkets and shops have come up now. But this has caused in more congestion than before. Lanes are getting narrow and they're cutting off the trees
Appreciation is slower than other premium areas. Roads and drainage issues are consistent. But I still feel this can improve in coming years and slowly Ardee City will pick up due to demand
Very good locality. Family living is good but if you prefer a quiet surrounding, this will not fit you. It is a bit noisy in the evenings.
