Ardee City is growing to be a premium residential area. It has many gated complexes and apartments with modern amenities. Rent is somewhat okay not too pricey. You get the millenium city metro within 3 km too. But I do feel that some public spaces are too narrow and parking is an issue

Appreciation is slower than other premium areas. Roads and drainage issues are consistent. But I still feel this can improve in coming years and slowly Ardee City will pick up due to demand

I like this area. It has a pleasant environment. Feels safe to live here too. But picking the right block is everything. If you choose to stay close to main road, be ready for constant honking and pollution

Very good locality. Family living is good but if you prefer a quiet surrounding, this will not fit you. It is a bit noisy in the evenings.

Been living here for 5 years now. Living standards have improved a lot. many supermarkets and shops have come up now. But this has caused in more congestion than before. Lanes are getting narrow and they're cutting off the trees

A few decent cafes, dhabas, and delivery options are in the area. Great for working folks who don’t cook daily. But if you’re looking for nightlife or pubs, you’ll have to go to Sector 29 or MG Road.

Ardee City is a well-developed society in Sector 52. Roads are wide, and the layout is proper. I already own one flat here and bought another as investment. Many families stay here. The rental demand is always steady.

We liked Ardee City because it’s peaceful and has greenery. Parks are clean and safe for evening walks. There are schools and grocery stores inside the township itself.

Ardee City is in a very central part of Gurgaon. Hospitals, schools, HUDA Metro – all close by. Property values have gone up steadily. I feel this is a solid investment for the future.

We’ve been staying in Ardee City for 6 years. It’s a peaceful colony with wide roads and green spaces. Markets, schools, and clinics are nearby. But the internal roads need better maintenance.
