I moved to Aranvoyal for a peaceful life after my retirement. The area is calm and there's hardly any noise from traffic as it was in Anna Nagar. Road maintainence is a much needed project here. some internal streets have severe potholes and can be dangerous while driving.

You will struggle with basic things like groceries, clinics, or even finding a good local eatery. It's only fine for short-term rentals

It's purely residential with hardly any commercial buzz. While it's good for a peaceful lifestyle, the balance is absent. Hospitals and malls are far so you have to travel far or order online which costs hefty amount of delivery charges.

I stayed here for 6 months for my research work. Rent is affordable so good for short term stays. However, the area still lacks a lot of basic infrastructure. Roads are not well-developed, street lighting is an issue in every lane, and limited social life like cafes and supermarkets.

Property rates are cheap here and easy to afford for middle-income families. We built our home here in 2015, and been living here for around a decade. Love the quiet surroundings.
