Ameerpet has good public transport. I don't have to worry about traffic and spending tons on autos and cabs. The metro is really convenient from here. Even it's very close to the Begumpet airport

Have been living here since 2015. It was such a pleasant and calm locality before. Although there weren't many malls or shopping complexes like today but it felt very peaceful. Now it has become too crowded especially near the stations and commercial areas. Lots of coaching centres and hostels have increased the population

Being a student, I love this area. My college is 5 mins from my PG and lots of eateries and coaching centres nearby. It's buzzing but can become too noisy at times

Ameerpet is a good locality for families and even students. very affordable and has good opportunities. It is also known as famous education hub because of lots of training institutes, colleges, and coaching. Safe for families too

Rental market here is good as it's mostly occupied by families and students. The IT scene is not so strong here but there is still good demand because of its affordable pricing.

Pent house free ventilation and budget friendly and cleanliness are available

PG here costs 8k with mess food included so my monthly budget stays happy. Ameerpet metro station is just 2 mins walk which saves me every morning. Only issue is the constant noise from coaching institute crowds on the main street, so sleeping early is impossible.

Living near Satyam Theatre road means everything from groceries to electronics is right outside my gate. Love how lively it is, but parking my car on the street is a total nightmare. Honestly fed up with coaching center boys blocking my gate with bikes everyday.

Traffic near Big Bazaar signal during 6 pm peak time is absolutely unbearable, spend 25 mins just to travel one kilometer. But on the bright side, top hospitals, clinics, and big supermarkets are all within walking distance, which gives great peace of mind.

Ameerpet metro line connectivity to HITEC City makes my daily office travel super smooth and hassle-free. But NGL, the dust from continuous shop work and garbage piles near internal lanes make walking to the station extremely annoying during summer afternoons.

Love that I never have to travel anywhere else for shopping because Lalitha Jewellery area and local markets have literally everything cheap. But the water supply timing is so unpredictable here... some days water comes only for 1 hour and we have to call tankers.

The footpaths on the main road are completely taken over by tea stalls and book shops, so I am forced to walk on the busy road with autos zipping past. It feels quite unsafe for walking, though I do appreciate having three pharmacies on my exact lane.

Come here every weekend to buy books and cheap clothes. Food spots around the metro station serve amazing tiffins and biryani at throwaway prices! But finding a spot to park my bike without traffic police towing it away gives me pure anxiety every single time.

Rental yield here is crazy good because students and tech workers rush to book any flat that opens up. But property maintenance in these crowded lanes is a headache and road flooding near the low-lying patches in monsoon deters long-term high-budget tenants IMO.

Ameerpet is pure heaven for students! Got my Java coaching class downstairs, photocopy shops next door, and cheap meals for 60 rupees. But FR, the water logging near the metro pillar underpass when it rains heavily turns the whole street into a filthy lake.

Footfall near my shop is huge thanks to the coaching batch crowds, so sales stay solid round the year. But delivery tempos getting stuck in the narrow lane jams near Elephant Statue signal delays my daily stock by hours... total frustration on busy days.
