I enjoy living in Alwal. The area is peaceful, with good schools nearby. However, during rains, some roads flood still I must say that this locality is overall safe and good for long term living

We bought a plot in Alwal in 2018. Property rates have steadily appreciated but commercial development is still slower compared to areas like Miyapur.

I rent out my 2BHK in Old Alwal and has given it on rent. Tenants love the calm area, but ask for better waste disposal and street lighting.

This locality is not very flashy, but clean and family-oriented. Great place for senior citizens to live. No chaos, just community warmth.

I moved here for my kids’ school. Calm area, but less public transport options after 9 PM. Still better than city chaos.
