It is peaceful area and I love it. It is more relaxed than inner city areas. Traffic is also bit less but the transport system is bad here. no metro andregular buses

Living here is cost effective sure but commuting is annoying. If your work is in hinjewadi or other IT hubs, it will take a lot of time to reach. public transpot is there but very minimal. the main alandi road and NH is always congested

Transportation can be a big challenge here. Because there is no metro, most people don't prefer renting here. It is however becoming more desirable due to new roads and many upcoming residential projects. Can be valuable for investors
