I’ve lived in Agashi for 2 years. It’s peaceful and close to Arnala Beach. Schools and markets are nearby, but public transport is limited. It’s ideal for families looking for a slow-paced lifestyle.

I shifted to Agashi last year. I enjoy morning walks here — it’s greener than most places in Vasai. Connectivity is still developing though, so a personal vehicle is a must.

As a tenant, Agashi offers affordable rent and calm surroundings. The temples and local culture give the area a nice vibe. But power cuts happen during monsoons, which can be annoying.

After researching low-cost areas in Vasai, I chose Agashi. Prices are fair, and there’s a decent mix of Marathi and Gujarati residents. It’s not a nightlife spot though.

I bought a flat in Agashi for rental income. Demand is steady due to proximity to schools and moderate living costs. It’s not ideal for working professionals who need fast city access though.
