Agaramthen is very calm, and rents are affordable. The local train station is nearby, but I prefer driving. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, which I really like. Local shops and food options are decent.

It is well-connected to all major areas of Chennai through buses and local trains. Rents are reasonable, and I see good growth potential in the next few years. The only downside is the lack of high-end infrastructure.

I recently moved to Agaramthen. The rent is affordable, but the area still feels a bit underdeveloped. There are no malls or fancy cafes. You will get local shops and restaurants. The roads could be better, and public transport options aren’t frequent.

The location is good. Property prices are reasonable right now, but I believe in 5–7 years, this will become a good area for rental returns. The demand for affordable homes is increasing here.

I have a flat here which I rent out to working professionals. The rent is decent, but the demand is not very high. Still, it’s a quiet locality with local markets, clinics, and schools nearby. Some of the roads need repair work.
