Lots of cheap eating joints around here, so food is sorted. Finding a shared auto near the hospital junction is quick, NGL it saves a lot of money when going to college daily.
Footpaths are completely blocked by street vendors near Naya Pul, so walking is very difficult. Traffic never stops and crossing the road takes ages dangerous for older people who stay here.
Everything from clothes to groceries is available at wholesale prices nearby. Water comes only for 2 hours in the morning though have to store it daily, otherwise the area is fine.
Best spot for business because customers can reach easily from any part of the city using buses. Loading goods is smooth in the early mornings before the main junction gets crowded with traffic.
Good schools are located within 2 km, which is helpful. The streets are well lit at night, making the area feel safe to walk around after dinner, just avoid the heavy market lanes.
This area is completely choked with traffic every single afternoon. Buses smoke a lot at the terminal, and the smell from the open drains near the bridge makes it unbearable to stand outside for even 5 minutes.
