Maintenance costs are rising but the electricity is 24/7 with almost zero power cuts throughout the summer. The greenery in this part is much better than South Delhi but parking our two cars is a daily battle with the neighbors here with not enoigh space

It is a bit noisy with all the sirens and VIP movement constantly happening around this area. You get the premium location but the actual living space feels like a cramped hostel room :/

appreciation has slowed down a bit...but the rental yield is solid because there is always a line of UPSC aspirants and young professionals wanting to stay near Mandi House

It is well connected to other parts but way too congested near main roads..traffic is insane..and not many high rise apartments for families here inside..

The rent here is super affordable compared to Dwarka Mor which is the main reason I stayed. It is great for a budget-friendly bachelor life.

The area offers extremely affordable rental housing options in a central part of Delhi. Transport links are excellent as local buses and autos are available 24/7 right outside.

The air quality is very poor due to the constant movement of heavy transit vehicles nearby. Ground water is harsh and salty, and the municipal water timing is completely erratic.

Local schools and standard healthcare dispensaries are close by, saving us commuting time. However, the streets are overly crowded and there is no open field for kids to play safely.

Commuting to central Delhi office hubs is fast because public transit lines pass directly through here. However, peak hour road traffic near the main junction is an absolute nightmare.

All daily wholesale household needs can be met easily within a short walk. The neighborhood has high density but people are helpful. Security has improved over the last few years.

The noise levels never drop, making it very difficult to sleep or rest peacefully. Footpaths are completely blocked by parked delivery carts and old mechanics' equipment.

I come here to pick up wholesale electronic and trading goods. The market choices are massive, but bringing any four-wheeler vehicle into this zone is a terrible mistake.

Steady rental market with practically zero vacancy rates because of the intense demand from logistics workers and retail traders. Returns are regular and highly assured.

Rooms are available at low prices if shared with roommates, which is great for small budgets. Street food stalls are plenty and cheap, but the environment is way too chaotic.

Strict commercial vehicle timing restrictions make it difficult to load and unload heavy stock during business hours. Market competition is incredibly tight here.
