Yerawada Reviews and Ratings (9 Reviews)
I rented a flat in Yerawada for a year — excellent connectivity to Koregaon Park, Viman Nagar, and airport. The area is always active, with decent shops, buses, and markets. A solid, central location.
During my stay in Pune, I passed through Yerawada often. It’s always buzzing. Good food joints, proximity to the airport, and smooth connectivity make it a convenient stop for travelers.
Bought a 2BHK in Yerawada five years ago. The property value has appreciated well. Proximity to major IT hubs and commercial zones makes it a smart investment.
I stayed here during college. PGs and hostels are affordable, and public transport is easily available. There's a mix of residential and commercial spaces, so you never feel isolated.
Living here with family for over 12 years. The area is safe, very accessible by buses, and close to malls and IT parks. You get everything within 10 minutes.
Amazing locality and great spaces available to live in the area
I have been staying here for more than 1 year now. My office in Koregaon Park is just 15 minutes by bike via Yerawada bridge. The area has excellent connectivity. Phoenix MarketCity is nearby for shopping and entertainment needs. There are good restaurants, including McDonald's and local Maharashtrian joints. The rent is affordable.
The connectivity is decent but depends on traffic conditions. Yerawada Railway Station provides good train connectivity to Mumbai and other cities. Local shopping is available at Yerawada Bazaar with all daily essentials. The area has good hospitals including Sassoon Hospital nearby. Roads get waterlogged during heavy monsoons which is a concern. Auto rickshaw availability is good throughout the day.
I invested in a 1BHK here due to its rental demand. Working professionals prefer this locality for its location and lower rent compared to Viman Nagar or Kalyani Nagar.
