Renting a flat here gives you a bigger place for less money compared to central Thane. The only real struggle is getting a shared auto to the station in the mornings because the queues get incredibly long.

The residential pockets are quite clean and the air feels fresher here since it is away from the heavy city rush. The only major daily annoyance is the low water pressure we get on the higher floors.

It is a very safe and peaceful neighborhood with several good schools nearby. There are enough local shops for daily needs, but the internal roads lack proper streetlights, making walks after dark a bit tricky.

Travelling out daily via Ghodbunder Road is a massive headache because of the brutal morning traffic jams. If you do not own a car or a bike, waiting for public buses or cabs takes forever.

The area is growing quickly but the basic drainage system is completely failing. Even normal monsoon rains leave the internal streets waterlogged for hours, making it impossible to step out on foot without ruining your shoes.

The parks inside the residential projects are nice, but walking on the main Wagbil lanes is dangerous. Footpaths are either broken or completely missing, and delivery bikes zoom past without checking for old people.

Finding a parking spot for my car is a total mess whenever I come here on weekends. People just park blindly on both sides of the narrow lanes, causing tight bottlenecks for everyone else.

Rental demand is very high here because families love the quiet residential setups. The property rates keep climbing steadily, and its proximity to the main highway ensures flats never sit empty for long.

Staying here is affordable and the area is peaceful for studies. However, there are very few cheap food joints or local hangout spots around, so you always have to travel towards the main city for everything.
