I have lived in Vishrantwadi for 2 years. It’s peaceful and well-connected to my office in Viman Nagar. However, water supply issues occur occasionally.

I see Vishrantwadi as a solid long-term play. Nearness to airport and colleges ensures tenant flow. Roads do need upgrades.

Vishrantwadi offers good school access for my kids. It’s also near malls. But garbage collection isn’t very regular.

We bought a flat in 2014. Prices have nearly doubled but getting cabs and autos becomes difficult especially during office hours

Staying here for 8 months. Safe for women and families. Stray dog issue exists in some pockets though.

It is a market with great potential. The area is well-connected via NH 965 and Airport Road. The infrastructure is improving rapidly, and property prices are still relatively affordable.

The connectivity of Vishrantwadi is its biggest asset. Its proximity to the airport and railway station is a huge advantage. It is close to prominent educational institues, such as Savitribai Phule Primary School.

This is a solid residential area that offers great value for money. It has good schools, hospitals, and markets. The connectivity to the airport, railway station, and the city center is excellent.
