I have been renting here for over a year. It’s peaceful and has a semi-rural charm, but the lack of nearby supermarkets or hospitals makes things really difficult.

Good locality for a peaceful lifestyle. Buying land here was easy, and construction costs are reasonable. But power cuts are frequent, especially during monsoon season

I bought a plot here anticipating future growth from south Chennai expansion but currently, rental yields are minimal and depend on local demand.

Great for someone looking to live close to nature. We have a lot of green cover around, but mobile network and internet speeds can fluctuate. Also, commuting to the city is a challenge, especially if you don’t own a vehicle.

If you're okay with quiet surrounding and no nightlife, this is a good area to live in. Rent is cheap but you have to compromise on a lot of things like public transport, power cuts, and network
