The area is very quiet and free from heavy city honking, which is good for old age. Only problem is the nearest big clinic or pharmacy requires a long auto ride out.
The power supply is quite stable here now with almost zero long power cuts. It keeps my local store running smoothly without wasting any money on a heavy generator backup.
Visiting this side by car is highly annoying because there is no designated visitor parking space. The village paths are very narrow, and tractor parking blocks the entry randomly.
Plot rates are very low here compared to core Ghaziabad sectors, so entry cost is cheap. Rental demand from local workers is consistent, though basic drainage requires massive upgrades.
