It's a good area except a few things. Roads are too narrow and feel congested. Waterlogging is common, as in any part of Chennai. The connectivity is good as it's close to Velachery, my office area. Daily needs are available within reach. It's peaceful.

We’ve lived here for 12 years. The lack of proper footpaths and stormwater drainage is a concern. Still, the neighbourhood is safe and friendly

Good long-term investment, especially if metro expansion reaches this side in future. But for now, limited commercial development is a drawback. Also the civic infrastructure like drainage and internal roads need serious improvement

It's a calm residential area with decent grocery and pharmacy access. However, there's limited bus connectivity and no nearby metro which is a drawback for me.

I like that major supermarkets and pharmacies are within 2 km. But there's no proper park for children, and traffic congestion during school hours is a headache for real
