Honestly, Ved Vihar is quite manageable. My office is towards Shahdara side, so via Delhi Metro Pink Line from Shiv Vihar, travel is decent. Autos and e-rickshaws are easily available near Loni Road.

Daily needs are sorted in Ved Vihar. Local sabzi mandi, grocery shops, and a few decent eateries are all nearby. There is Parivartan Park nearby, nice place. Safety-wise also it feels fine, especially in main streets.

Overall, the area is good for budget living. There are small food joints and tea stalls around. Roads inside are okay, but parking can be tricky in narrow lanes.

Ved Vihar looks promising for budget buyers. The pricing is still on the lower side compared to central Ghaziabad, and demand for rental homes is steady. Connectivity through Loni Road and access to Delhi Metro Pink Line improves its future value.

For middle-class families, it’s a comfortable place to stay. Connectivity to Delhi through Loni Road is a big advantage.

For middle-class families, it’s a comfortable place to stay. Connectivity to Delhi through Loni Road is a big advantage.

Loni railway station and local bus links are nearby, making my office travel to east Delhi manageable. Main road intersections encounter brief jams during peak hours, but daily travel is fine.

Rent is fair for a decent portion here. Local corner markets cater fine to daily grocery needs. Water supply timings are strictly limited to 2 hours in the morning. Shared autos are easy to get.

Walking is tough because roads inside the colony layouts have huge potholes and lanes are tight. Footpaths are completely missing. Streetlights are dim in some blocks, making it dark after 7 PM.

Good locality for bachelors sharing budget portions. Local fast food stalls and tea counters serve cheap items. Public transit like shared autos are handy and cost very less money, TBH.

My retail store gets steady footfall from colony residents here. Authority trash vans collect garbage regularly. Only drawback is limited open parking space for customer vehicles near the narrow stretch.

Power supply is stable with very few cuts compared to outer rural pockets. The basic drainage works fine and roads don't flood during normal monsoons. Supermarkets are within walking distance.

A family friendly residential atmosphere with primary schools and small clinics nearby. Streets feel safe because neighbors are friendly. Traffic noise on the main outer stretch is a bit heavy.

Reaching the layout is easy via wide main roads, but finding visitor parking outside the designated lines is tough. Auto drivers often refuse short trips without extra charges.

Steady rental returns due to affordable living rates and proximity to trans-Hindon industrial zones. Basic civic networks are functional. Properties get occupied reliably by working families.

The block layout has grown much more crowded over the years. Extra vehicle parking on the internal lane walks is a daily headache. Public garbage disposal is unmanaged on corner plots... total mess.
