It’s a green and calm area. I’ve never had issues with water or power. Good small clinics are around, and there’s a school nearby too. It's not super developed yet.

The rental demand is steady here, especially among small families. Uthukadu has potential for appreciation in a few years. It won’t suit someone looking for instant returns, but it’s a stable option.

Quiet place, but not great if you want city buzz. No big restaurants or malls here, mostly small shops and local tea stalls. It’s a good fit if you just want peace and less traffic.

It’s definitely grown but still not like the city. We have decent roads now and a few clinics. No big hospital yet nearby, which is something we need. It is a nice area for retired folks like me, but for younger families, maybe still a bit underdeveloped.

The rent is affordable. No metro nearby yet, but buses run frequently. Roads are decent with some greenery around Uthukadu Lake. Clinics and shops are close by.
