It’s calm and green, but things like high-speed internet or modern supermarkets are still a challenge.

This area is great for those who love nature and quiet surroundings. The only issue is that there are less hospitals, schools and colleges.

It’s still a developing locality, so appreciation is slow. But land availability is better here than most parts of Mumbai, which is a plus.
