The area is well-developed and gives good connectivity. Schools, markets, hospitals are all close by so it gives a residential feel. There are IT parks neaby too which helps the working professioanals. Metro is there for commute. Property rates are reasonable according to me

My office is just 5 mins away and it's walkable but sometimes I take an auto. It's a good locality for professionals and also families. My society has all basic amenities like security, lift, gym, park, etc. The only concern I have is the lack of road infrastructure. With this population density, there should be better drainage and wider roads which will reduce the congestion.

This locality’s proximity to Phoenix Market City and Ramwadi metro line makes it a smart long‑term buy. Infrastructure growth is visible too

PGs and flats are reasonable here. I stayed in a PG and recently moved to a flat as I liked this area. Area is safe and spacious except some inner lanes which has too many potholes. Traffic is another drawback but the area has all basic conveinience at an affordable price.

So many gated societies here and it feels very safe and residential. Markets are nearby so shopping isn't tough. Kharadi Police Station is active and vigilant so the area is also very safe for families and those living alone.
