Been renting in Tronica City for almost a year now. the flats are spacious and affordable compared to central Ghaziabad. But the area lacks vibrant nightlife

It’s not a short-term appreciation play but a long-term hold. The development is still needed. Some sectors are well laid out while others still lack drainage and street lighting

My experience has been mostly positive. There are wide roads, low noise and utilities are decent. But some parts of the area still feel underpopulated and patchy

Tronica City is a semi urban area so while there are basic amenities available, it still feels isolated. you will have to drive to Ghaziabad city for bigger errands

The colony is peaceful and not very crowded which is good for me. I cant stand noisy environment. What I hate is the irregular water supply sometimes

Staying here for 8 months now. The flat is spacious and rent fits my budget. The area is still developing, so not many hangout places yet. But I feel safe walking around even in the evening. Connectivity to Delhi side is not bad if you have your own vehicle.

I bought a plot here in 2015. At that time, many people laughed. But now, development is visible. Prices are rising slowly. Not like Noida, but appreciation is steady. There is still work to be done on roads and civic issues, but rental enquiries are coming in.

We shifted to Tronica City almost 8 years ago. Back then, it was empty. Now there are more families, better roads, even a few schools nearby. It’s still developing, but environment is clean and peaceful. Community is decent, mostly working class.

Tronica City isn’t very fancy, but it’s decent if you want space and quiet. My society has good security and the rent is reasonable. Metro station is far, that’s a problem. Daily commute to Connaught Place takes time. But honestly, if you're working from home or nearby, it's a peaceful place to stay.

We picked Tronica City as our second investment property. Main reason was affordability and future growth. Location is close enough to Delhi border, yet peaceful. Market value is going up slowly, and there’s demand from working couples and students.
