Rented a 2 BHK here last year. Metro is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby grocery stores are accessible by foot. Going outside after midnight is safe since the roadways are well-lit and feels safe.

Rent is affordable and basic civic amenities are present too. The area is peaceful with friendly neighbors.

I've lived in Todapur for fifteen years. Here, amenities are growing quickly. The population is increasing. Due to the low cost of real estate at the time, many are moving here to settle.The DTC buses operate every minute until 10 p.m., and the communication facilities are good.

The area's connectivity is a major advantage here. There are two metro stations nearby. Considering the area's growth, I see potential in long-term investments.

Visited my friends here on a weekend. The area is nice and well-developed. There are some cafes nearby too, but parking was an issue as the area felt congested and overcrowded.
