Living in Tingre Nagar has been peaceful. It is not too far from the airport, and still away from the high noise zones. It is a decent area with access to major roads. Getting cabs and autos is easy, and there are grocery stores all around.

I bought a 1BHK here two years ago. Many IT people, airport staff, and students rent in this area. Location is good – near Yerwada, Viman Nagar, and Lohegaon. Rental is steady.

I live here with my wife and child. There are clinics and chemists nearby, and the area feels quite safe even at night. However, the roads get congested, and two-wheelers park everywhere.

Been staying in Tingre Nagar for more than 8 years. It’s a calm place, not too busy like city centre. Market is nearby and we have bakeries, kirana shops, everything close. One issue – footpaths are broken in some lanes.

Met a former colleague who stays in Tingre Nagar. The locality is not too crowded, yet everything is close by. Roads inside the colony were mostly fine. Lots of families live in the area, and it has that residential feel.

My flat here gets tenants easily. Close to airport and Viman Nagar, so people working nearby prefer this area. Now there are schools, clinics, and even supermarkets. But traffic is increasing every year.
