This area is super chill if you want something close to Magarpatta without paying crazy high rents. The only thing is the inner streets get totally dark at night because half the streetlights do not work.
Decent place to stay but the water quality is getting worse by the day. We get hard water mostly, so everyone here ends up buying extra filters, which is a constant pain.
Finding a school here is no problem since VIBGYOR is right nearby, but there are absolutely no open parks or green spaces for walking around safely in the evening.
Travel time to SP Infocity is just 15 minutes on my bike which saves me daily, but the heavy bottleneck near the Solapur highway patch can easily destroy your morning mood.
Main roads are wide enough now but people drive like absolute maniacs here. Crossing the street near the local market in the evening is literally risking your life every single day.
The complete lack of proper public transport is a big failure. You have to depend purely on local autos for everything and they charge whatever they want without any meter.
Getting to this place is easy enough from Magarpatta road but parking your car anywhere near the local shops is a joke. The lanes are choked with randomly parked bikes.
Rental demand here is always solid because IT guys from the nearby parks keep moving in. Properties are much cheaper than Amanora side, so the monthly returns are perfectly sorted.
Rooms are quite roomy and cheap here compared to the main town area. Lots of fast food stalls are open nearby, just the garbage piles on the street corners look totally gross.
The drainage system here is completely blocked and overflows onto the main walking path during heavy rains. It creates a massive mess right in front of the shops and smells horrible.
