We moved here after my retirement and the area is great for peaceful lifestyle. Less traffic, good roads, and strong infrastructure. Travelling can be difficult if you don't have your own vehicle.

It's a decent area with cheap rental options but many houses are old or part of small standalone buildings. You will like the locality for its peaceful atmosphere and less congestion but don't expect any high-end apartments or flats here.

Good locality in terms of safety but public transport isn't very reliable. Metro is 8 km far and bus frequency and last mile connectivity is not great especially in the late evenings.

The area has all basic amenities and livable infrastructure. It's not as vibrant as key areas in Pune. Nightlife is limited and so are good cafes and malls.

It's a good locality for families. Quiet, safe, peaceful, and close to all basic needs like clinics, hospitals, markets, ATMs, etc. If you rely too much on metro or public transport, this may not be it for you.
