The place is very close to some key areas of the city via OMR and metro. It's easy to commute and offers a peaceful living atmosphere

Although the vibe is great and secure, the traffic congestion on the ECR can be a nightmare, especially during peak hours.

The area is quite safe and the infrasture is steadily growing. Rental prices are also budget-friendly. The traffiic can be a problem sometimes but it's manageable.
