The area is developing and offers decent connectivity via metro just a few metres away. The area is safe and peaceful too but traffic congestion can be hectic at times.

Thirumullaivoyal is emerging as a residential hotspot. The land is affordable, and has promising growth. The area is going through decent infrastructural growth. The road conditions can be improved as there are many potholes on the way.

Renting out my house here has been profitable for me, as the area has seen steady growth in recent years. It's close to industrial hubs and essential amenities, which increases the rental demand too.

The area is quiet and safe. We chose to rent a 1 BHK here for its proximity to IT parks and schools for our kids. There are tons of good hospitals nearby as well. It's a good family-frienly neighborhood in Chennai.

This place has traffic and actively buzzing vehicles during night. One part is IT hub and other part is Industrial. So lot of IT professionasl and Industrial workers are staying here. Dust and traffic is common in Thirumullaivoyal but street food is damn good. You can even have early morning biriyani over here.
