I usually go out for a walk in the morning when it's peaceful. Medical shops are close enough, which is helpful. By evening the roads become much busier with bikes and cars.
I visit friends here regularly and never have trouble finding daily shops or small eateries. Parking is the only thing that takes time because the lanes aren't very wide.
Rental demand seems fairly steady because many people look for reasonably priced homes around this side. Still, buyers wanting wider roads and better parking may not find it ideal.
