We have been living in Surya Nagar for 10 years. The best part is it is right on the Delhi border. Anand Vihar and Jhilmil Metro Station are close. Roads are decent, and streetlights are there. But traffic on main roads is heavy during school and office hours.

The area feels safe even late in the evenings. There are gated apartments and regular patrolling. Plus, the roads are well-lit and maintained. For families, it offers a peaceful, secure vibe.

I have a 3BHK flat in Surya Nagar which I’ve rented out. The area is clean and peaceful, which tenants like. There are good schools and clinics nearby. Parking is tight in older blocks, especially for visitors.

Metro, autos, and cabs are all available easily. The area connects well to Delhi through GT Road. The daily commute is easily manageable.

Visited Surya Nagar to check out a flat. Area looked well-maintained with wide lanes and decent apartments. Location is good, near Delhi border. Roads are okay.

I stay in Surya Nagar and life feels very convenient here. The biggest advantage is Chandernagar Railway Station, which makes daily travel to Delhi smooth. I often go for walks in the nearby society park in the evening.

Grocery shops, medical stores, and small eateries are everywhere in Surya Nagar. Roads stay busy during office hours but feel manageable. The area feels safe and active. For those who depend on railway travel, this place works really well.

The streetlights on the main roads of Block D Sadatpur Karawal Nagar work perfectly fine at night. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work.

Autos overcharge like crazy during office hours, asking 60 rupees for very short distances. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Dronagiri Navi Mumbai is getting worse day by day. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out. NGL

The streetlights on the main roads of Vanasthalipuram work perfectly fine at night. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare. sorted.

Getting shared autos or e-rickshaws around here takes just 5 minutes. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle.

Shops for all daily essentials are within walking distance inside Saki Vihar Road. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

Moving around Sector 137 is very easy because the wide internal roads keep traffic flowing nicely. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare.

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright. TBH

Visiting friends in Sector 43 is completely fine if you have a bike, but buses get very crowded. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs.

This pocket of Surya Nagar has excellent open space for parking cars, which is a major relief. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare., manage somehow.
