This area is a good choice for property owners due to steady growth in real estate. It offers good connectivity, nearby amenities, and strong rental demand, making it suitable for long-term investment and steady returns.

We reside near Dhanwapur Road and one thing I like is the peace. It's a bit away from the main city and very calm but well-connected also to bus stops and railway stations. Metro is not here so that's a downer

I stay on rent here and it's very affordable as a student. My college is nearby so commuting is easy. There isn't much to do around here. No good cafes or hangout places, just a couple of small shops and eateries.

It's definitely a low risk investment because of low property tax and affordable entry points. Rental yield isn't great as it lacks proper metro and infrastructure is old. Gated apartments are still rare

I come here often to meet my cousin. This is not very fancy locality and streets are narrow in parts and parking is tough if you're visiting by car. It has an Old gurgaon charm.

Local market here is small and feel congested. Some streets are narrow and unclean. Civic maintainence is very bad. No big malls or cafes too. Even the gyms nearby are not functional. Feels isolated. It's okay for short term rental basis.
