I stayed in New Perungalathur for a week at a friend’s place and found the roads to be well-built and streets were also well-lit. Locality seemed family friendly but traffic congestion is a major problem here.

Living in New Perungalathur for a year has been really great. The locality is peaceful, with decent apartments and proximity to GST Road. Commuting is easy but traffic jams during peak hours force me to leave house an hour even to travel just 7 km.

During my short visit to New Perungalathur, I found the locality peaceful. Shops, schools, hospitals everything is nearby but there is severe air pollution.

New Perungalathur is witnessing steady development. Even my property value has increased by around 21% for this. I however want the roads to develop more and traffic management to be better.

Living here has been stress-free for me. Water supply is stable, and roads are decent. The locality is safe and ideal for families mainly but the air quality is not that great here.
