Staying in SPR Hills for the last year. The best part for me is the easy travel. Borabanda railway station and the metro are not too far. My daily commute is simple and not very tiring. Even late evening, the lanes feel safe to walk, with enough people around and streetlights.
Recently bought a small property in SPR Hills. The rates here are still reasonable compared to prime IT corridors. The area has schools, hospitals and shopping options within a few kilometres, which is good from an end-user point of view.
Travelling to office areas is manageable from SPR Hills and the neighbourhood is calm. The road condition is not up to the mark in some areas and occasional drainage problems are there, but nothing very serious. The place is not very posh, yet it is comfortable.
SPR Hills is a good and peaceful area. The rent is still manageable, fits my budget. For basic needs, small shops, medical stores and tiffin places are all within walking distance.
