I stay in a rented flat just 10 minutes from SP Infocity. For folks working in IT like me, it’s super convenient. No long travel, which is rare in Pune. Lots of techies around, so the crowd is familiar. Rent has gone up a bit in the last year, but still cheaper than Kharadi or Hinjewadi.

I bought a flat near SP Infocity five years ago. Rental demand has always been steady. Most tenants are from TCS, Accenture, or Capgemini. Appreciation isn't sky-high, but the returns are predictable. Ideal spot for those targeting IT rental market.

Went there to meet my cousin who works at TCS. The area felt quiet during the day. Some big grocery stores and cafes around, but no malls close by. It’s functional, more for work than leisure.

What I like about staying near SP Infocity is the easy commute. Shared cabs, company buses, and even PMPML buses are regular. There are decent apartments around, but nightlife is almost nil. You will find basic gyms and cafes.

I own a flat in a tower right opposite SP Infocity. I’ve always had working professionals as tenants. The location is very practical. Few things could improve like local shops and waste disposal. Otherwise, it’s been low-maintenance as a landlord.

Investing here made sense because of the strong job base. I’ve had no trouble renting out my 2BHK. Tenants prefer being walking distance from office. That said, the locality still needs better retail options and roads can get waterlogged during monsoon.
