Power supply is steady across most sectors here. The basic drainage works fine and roads don't flood during normal monsoons. Supermarkets and chemists are close by.

Many preschools and kids hospitals are within 1 km distance. The area stays busy till late night so streets feel secure. Main issue is the heavy traffic noise.

I come here for official work often. The traffic congestion during evening hours is a big pain. Finding a spot to park a car on the roadside is impossible.

High rental value because professionals prefer this commercial layout. Basic facilities like broad main roads are in place. Properties get rented out within a week usually.

Groundwater levels have gone down completely and water tastes salty now. We are fully dependent on private tankers. Traffic near the toll area is getting worse daily.
