The area seems well-maintained and I saw garbage men early in the morning cleaning roads. It felt more residential and tidy than the tourist parts of Chennai I’ve seen.
I bought a 2 BHK here few years ago due to reasonable property rates. The area is growing, and metro connectivity makes it more appealing. There are lots of food options here, including cafes, fine dine, and street food.
Living in Shenoy Nagar has been a good experience so far. The area is peaceful and well-connected to major parts of Chennai. However, traffic congestion during peak hours can be a challenge for many.
