I’m staying here temporarily as I work at a logistics firm in Taloja. There’s not much to do around here. No cinema halls, cafes, or parks. For any kind of social life, I go to Kharghar or Panvel.
It’s a good place for someone who enjoys peace and doesn’t need daily city access. There’s less traffic, and people are friendlier but if you don’t have your own vehicle, living here is tough
The area gets quite deserted at night. Streetlights are dim in some areas but from an investment lens, there’s good potential due to proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and JNPT corridor. I’ve rented out one flat and I live in another. Rental demand is slowly picking up with warehouse and logistics hubs nearby.
