I own a flat here which I rent out occasionally. Clean surroundings, disciplined crowd, and low crime. However, rental demand is low due to entry restrictions and fewer outsiders knowing about the place.

The roads here are wide and smooth. Great for morning walks or jogs. It’s close to NH-48, so commuting by car is easy. But metro access is not very close, which is a problem for daily travelers.

I've lived in Shankar Vihar for more than 10 years. It's peaceful, clean, and has disciplined surroundings since it's mainly for defence families. Very safe, but not everyone can buy or rent here due to restrictions.

The area is well-kept and well-connected to NH8 and the airport. Very ideal for people in defense or who travel often. I picked a flat here hoping it will hold good resale value. Just that, for civilians, rental options are fewer because of army rules.
