Shifted to Shalimar Bagh a couple of years ago, and it has been a great experience. The locality has wide roads, plenty of parks, and a well-established residential feel. DT City Centre and nearby markets make shopping very convenient.

As a parent, I appreciate having good schools and hospitals nearby. North Delhi Public School and Fortis Hospital are easily reachable, while the area feels safe even during late evenings. It is one of the better residential pockets in North Delhi.

Shalimar Bagh is an established locality. Strong social infrastructure, metro connectivity, and proximity to commercial areas ensure steady rental demand throughout the year.

The biggest advantage of living in SHalimar Bagh is connectivity. Jahangirpuri Metro Station and Shalimar Bagh Metro Station are easily accessible, making daily travel simple. There are also many restaurants, banks, and supermarkets within a short distance.

One thing I enjoy is the greenery. The parks are well-maintained, and morning walks have become part of my routine. With hospitals, schools, and shopping centres nearby, daily life is extremely convenient.
