Staying in Sector 96 for almost a year now. The expressway helps a lot with travel. Roads are wide, and traffic is manageable in the morning.

We moved here from Sector 56. It’s a big change. It is less crowded, the air is clean. There’s a small market around 10 minutes away. For daily needs, online delivery works fine.

Sector 96 is growing, but there’s not much crowd yet. Commute is the only downside. No autos or metro close, so I depend on Uber or own car.

The locality is still developing. Property value hasn’t shot up yet, but I’m expecting appreciation once full infrastructure is done. Rental demand is okay, mostly from people working in nearby tech parks.
