I shifted to Sector 9 recently and it's been great so far. Roads are wide and clean, and the colony feels peaceful. Rent is a bit higher than nearby areas but you get proper security and parks. The market is nearby, and metro is not too far.

Roads are maintained, garbage collection is regular, and it’s peaceful overall. Market is walking distance. Our RWA is active. Feels like a proper community, especially during festivals.

We were looking for a clean, peaceful area with good schools, and Sector 9 worked out well. DPS is close by, and there are multiple clinics and stores in walking range. Power backup is decent too. The only thing is, getting autos during odd hours is tricky.

I was looking for long-term investment in a developed sector, and Sector 9 checked all boxes. Good infrastructure, wide lanes, proper residential setup. Rental returns are steady. You get quality tenants, mostly salaried families.

Came to visit my sister. Sector 9 is very clean and peaceful. Parks are maintained and roads are wide. The local market has good variety too. It feels quite safe even in the evening, which is nice.
