There are plenty of local shops and eateries, which is great. But the residential parts could use better lighting at night.

I bought a property here for rental income, and it’s been occupied almost continuously.

Rentals are easy to find, and tenants stay long-term. But some parts of the locality look worn out and need a facelift.

The area is convenient if you work nearby, but it does get noisy during peak hours due to trucks and industrial units nearby.

It’s a middle-income area with decent services, but not ideal if you want high-end living.
